1) Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 24 standard (2 1/2-inch) muffin cups with paper baking cups.
2) Combine cranberry juice, vodka, orange juce, limepeel and limejuice in large measuring cup; mix well.
2) Combine cake mix, 1 cup cranberry juice mix, oil, eggs and egg white in large bowl; mix well. Add food coloring, one drop at a time, until desired shade is reached. Spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups.
4) Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Brush tops of warm cupcakes with 1/2 cup cranberry juice mix; cool completely in pan on wire rack.
5) Beat butter, powdered sugar and remaining1/2 cup cranberry juice mix in large bowl until fluffy. Add food coloring, one drop at a time, until desired shade is reached.
6) Frost cupcakes; sprinkle with coarse sugar.
