|
1) Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour 60 mini(1 3/4-inch) muffin cups. Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; set aside.

2) Prepare cake mix according to package directions; stir in nutmeg. Spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups.

|
|
3) Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned and toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. 4) Immidiately remove cupcakes from pan. Roll warm cupcakes in cinnamon-sugar mix until compleletly coated. Serve warm.

Tip- Save any remaining cinnamon-sugar mix to sprinkle on toast and pancakes.
Note- These irresistible little cupcakes allow you to enjoy the lightly spiced flavor of your favorite donuts without all the time and mess it takes to prepare and fry them at home.
