Melt chocolate and butter together. Add sugar, vanilla and mayonnaise and stir.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
|

|
Carefully stir in flour, cocoa powder and salt. Add chocolate chips.
|
|
|
Pour into well-greased 8 x 8 inch glass dish and bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Do not over bake.
