Mix syrup and sugar together. Microwave 3 minutes.
Stir in nuts. Microwave 3 minutes.
Add butter and vanilla. Microwave 2 minutes.
Stir in baking soda quickly (it'll foam up). Pour quickly onto a
buttered baking sheet. Spread out quickly and cool at least 20
minutes. Break into chunks and save in tin covered with waxed paper.
