Mix cream of mushroom soup and enchilada sauce with wire whisk in a bowl. Brown hamburger until crumbles and drain fat. Mix in the 2 pkgs of Taco spice and 1 cup of water and let simmer. Lay out flour tortillas one at a time and fill as follows-
put a line of hamburger mixture, spoon enchilada mixture over that, then sprinkle some grated chesse over that. Roll tortilla up in a tight roll and put in a 8 x 12 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Finish all the tortillas in this manner.
Pour remaining sauce or as much as you prefer on them and sprinkle with the remaing cheese
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serve with taco sauce and sour cream.
