Split rolls horizontally with a serrated knife; place bottom half back into aluminum pans.
Layer ham and cheese on bottom half of rolls.
In a small saucepan, cook to a rolling boil the onion, mustard, poppy seeds, worcestershire sauce and margarine.
Spoon one teaspoon of mixture over each roll.
Replace tops of rolls.
Cover with foil and bake in oven 350 for 15-20 minutes
**Freezes and reheats well.
