Put oil in frying pan, after the oil heats add 2 daroo chopped Onion.

Add 1/2 potato cut into big pieces.
Add 1/2 or 1 tsp haldi
Add 3 tsp Dhaniya
|
|
|
Add Bhindi to the pan, stir well and put the cooktop on medium flame
|
|
|
When Bhindi is crispy and it releases oil, it means it is done.
Drain the remaining oil and save it for further cooking.
