heat half a tbsp olive oil in a pan and fry the onion, carrot and celery gently until softned. add the passata to create a tomatosauce and simmer for 10 mins. set aside.
combine the lamb mince with the breadcumbs. dust your hands with flour, them make 40 small meatballs.
heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and brown the meatballs. add to the tomato sauce and simmer for 10 mins until they are cooked through. add a little water if the sauce is becoming too dry.
meanwhile, cook the pasta following the pack instructions. drain and toss with the meatballs. sprinkle with the parsley, and serve.
