boiled eggs
put the egg in cold water on the highest heat, the moment the water starts to boil, take the pan off the heat. leave the egg in the water for 6 mins with the lid on.
scrambled eggs
put eggs, milk, butter and cream into a bowl and mix together. place the bowl over a large pan of hot water and mix until the eggs are at the right consistancy.
poached eggs
use fresh eggs, place a plate upside down in the bottom of a pan. the water should be 80c. starin off any egg white and place the yolk in the water for 4 mins.
