Mix all ingredients, except jam, well, in order given. Put 1/2 the mixture on bottom of greased 9x13x2 pan. Spread with raspberry jam. Crumble the remaining oatmeal mixture over top of jam. Bake 325 for 30 minutes until done. (use about 1 1/2 cups any jam, about 12 oz.) Press 1st layer down a bit before spreading jam, makes it easier.
