1-3/4 cup fine graham cracker crumbs

1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
|

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
|

1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter

3 eggs, well beaten

Two 8-oz packages cream cheese, softened
|
|
1 cup sugar
|
|
1/4 tsp. salt
|
|
2 tsp. vanilla
|
|
|
|
1/4 tsp. almond extract
|
|
3 cups (24 oz.) sour cream
|

|

|

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
|
|
|
Combine graham cracker crumbs, walnuts, cinnamon and butter. Press
on bottom and up 2/3 of the sides of a 9-inch spring form pan.

Beat smooth eggs, cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla, and almond
extract. Blend in sour cream. Pour into crust.
|
|
|
Bake for 50-65 minutes. Transfer immediately to refrigerator rack
and chill for 4 to 5 hours.
