Mix 2 T. butter, cream cheese, turkey and mushrooms to make
turkey mixture. Take 1 heaping T. and lay onto pointed end
(smallest end) of crescent roll. I flatten out the rolls to stretch them
a little. Roll up and seal ends. Dip stuffed rolls in melted butter then
stuffing mix and place on a greased pan or cookie sheet. Bake at
350 for 20 minutes or until golden. Serve with turkey gravy.
