Toast all seeds until you smell strong aroma. Allow t cool 5-10
minutes and grind. Add additional spices.
Rub on chicken 20-30 minutes before placing on grill or
overnight.
Place aluminum foil odown on grill, then place beer can chick
holder on top.
Open and pour out (or drink) 1/4 of the Tecate, then place in
holder.Place chicken over can and pin wings back.
Squeeze half a lime in the neck of chicken and cork neck to trap
moisture. Grill under low-to-medium heat for about one hour and
15 minutes or until thermometer reads 165 between thigh and
back bone. Let sit for 10 minutes before carving. Enjoy!
