Lightly grease 9-inch pie plate. Toss bacon, cheese,
onion and flour together and spread in the bottom of
the pie plate.
In a bowl, beat eggs together first, then beat in
milk and salt. Pour egg mixture over bacon mixture.
Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted
in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes
before cutting.
