2- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except tomatoes and
form into a loaf. Place into loaf pan and bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2
hours, until internal temperature registers 165 degrees. Pour
tomatoes over the top during the last 20 minutes of baking.
3- Remove from oven, cover loaf with foil, and let stand for 10
minutes before serving.
