Combine sugar, milk and butter in a medium
saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat,
stirring constantly. Add chocolate chips, peanut
butter and cocoa powder; stir until chocolate
chips melt and mixture is smooth. Remove from
heat. Add oats; quickly stir to mix well.
Immediately drop by tablespoonfuls onto wax
paper-lined baking sheets; use a spoon to
spread into a cookie-like shape. Let cool;
transfer to an airtight container. Store in
refrigerator.
