Soak Arhar + peas in water for 1/2 hour
Add oil to pan and heat it.

Add kasoori methi + tomato + jeera + heeng + rai seeds + garlic to pan
Add onion + haldi + dhaniya and stir
|

Add soaked arhar + peas to the mix and stir
Add Nutrela chunks and mix
Add Salt
|
|
|
Add rice and mix thoroughly
Add 2 tsp ghee and mix.
Add water an cover pan
