Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. On a
parchment paper-lined baking sheet, mix raw
almonds with maple syrup. Roast for 15 minutes,
stopping to toss every 5 minutes. Let cool for a
minute or two, then put in food processor. Process
for 15 minutes, scraping down the sides
occasionally. When it's formed a buttery
consistency, stir in sea salt and cinnamon.
Process until desired consistency
