1 1/2 flank steak
|
|
Apple Barbecue Sauce
|
|
6 onion rolls, split
|
|
6 tomato slices
|
|
Leaf lettuce
|
|
Purple onion slices
|
|
Pepper
|

Instructions |
|
|
1) Place steak in a heavy duty ziplock bag or shallow dish with 1/2 c. Apple Barbecue Sauce. Cover and seal, chill at least 8 hours.

2) Grill steak, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350-400), 7 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
|
|
|
3) Cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin strips. Serve on rolls with desired toppings. Drizzle with remaining sauce, sprinkle with pepper.
