Steak Sandwich with Roasted Bell Peppers and Aioli

Ingredients
Ciabatta bread
Steak (cut of your choice)
Morton's seasoning
Kosher salt
Ground black pepper
EVOO
Aioli (see recipe)
Roasted red peppers (see recipe)
Arugula, watercress or spinach
Instructions
Marinate the steak with EVOO, Morton's seasoning,
salt and pepper right before cooking. Cook the
steak until medium rare. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Toast ciabatta bread, making sure to get the top and
bottom toasted crispy. Layer aioli, greens, sliced
steak, and then bell peppers on ciabatta. Serve
immediately.
