Shredded cheddar cheese

10 (10 inch) flour tortillas

Instructions |

|
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, chile peppers and cheddar cheese.
|
|
|
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the tortillas. Roll the tortillas and refrigerate
for several hours before slicing into bite sized pieces.
|
|
|
Hint- The cream cheese may be heated in the microwave for 1-2 minutes to make it spread more easily.
|
|
|
Serve with salsa.
|
