preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice zucchinis
horizontally down the center to form a boat shape.
Scoop out insides of each zucchini with a spoon, chop and
save the insides.
In a skillet mix together and cook the cooked turkey
sausage with spinach and the insides of the zucchini
on low/medium heat.
In separate bowl mix cheese, sauce and desired
seasonings together. Add turkey, spinach, zucchini
mixture to the bowl of sauce and mix together.
Scoop mixture into the zucchini boats and bake for
25 minutes.
