Ribs in oven
Preheat oven to 425 Season the ribs how ever you season your meat before cooking rub with wet mustard then pack it with brown sugar thin layer. Wrap in foil or will dry out. Stick in oven for one hour reduce heat to 300 and let bake for at least 4 hours or 250 for 6 hrs.
My mom does these all the time but as a sunday dinner she puts them on Saturday night before bed and turns them off whenever she gets up early by the time they are finished they are falling off the bone and are delightful.
