Easy tender Swiss Steak
cubed Steak Cut in half If Big ,Flour & Cut Up Onion Good Size with Salt and pepper, brown In Oil,not much needed, I use my Electric Skillet, Add reg. size can of smallest diced tomatoes pour over when everything is browned , Cover till tender half Hr. uncover add a little flour to make a bit thick, add a Jar of gravy Cook & Stir Till Bubbly Just play around To Suit Yr Likes Mushrooms Ect .. I serve it over Homemade Mashed Taters Enjoy
