I made the best 'hillbilly' deviled eggs ever. They were amazing.
Heres the recipe.
7 eggs, boiled (for about 20-25 min) and peeled
A few tsp paprika
Bacon bits to liking
Cheddar cheese to liking
1/2 cup mayo
1/3 cup SPICY brown Dijon mustard
A few pinches of salt and pepper
Cut peeled eggs in half, and place cooked yolk in a separate bowl.
Put aside the egg whites, you will be filling them.
In the yolk bowl, add mustard, mayo , cheddar cheese, bacon bits, salt and pepper
Mix all together. And lumps in mixture, make it that much better!!
Place mixture in corner of a ziplock bag. Cut end and begin to fill your egg whites with this delicious egg yolk mixture. Refrigerate and cover for an hr. Then eat!
