1 medium English cucumber peeled and coarsely chopped
8 oz of silver 100% agave tequila
4 oz of light agave nectar
4 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice (about 8 medium limes)
4 oz of yellow chartreuse (I used benedictine liqour too)
Instructions
Place the chopped cucumber in a blender and blend on
high until liquefied. Pour cucumber liquid through
a fine-mesh strainer and push down with a spoon.
Discard leftover pulp.
Mix together cucumber juice, tequila, agave nectar,
lime juice and chartreuse a container and stir to
combine.
Pour ~7 oz in a cocktail shaker and mix with ice.
Garnish with lime wedge.
