Dice salt pork. Heat in heavy skillet over low
until cooked. Remove salt pork & save. Sprinkle
steak with flour, salt, & pepper. Brown steak in
salt pork fat. Add garlic, onion, bouillon, &
tomato sauce. Mix. Stir in salt, peppercorns, &
paprika. Cover pan. Cook on low for 30 minutes.
Remove garlic and continue cooking for one hour.
Serve over noodles & top with salt pork.
