Fill a 9 X 13 glass baking dish, greased full of
sliced potatoes. melt butter in a saucepan, add
flour, salt and pepper. Cook until mixture becomes
a thick paste. Gradually add the milk. cook until
the mixture begins to thicken then add the cheese.
allow to cook while stirring until the cheese
melts. Pour the warm sauce over the potatoes and
let sit for 2 minutes. Cook for 1 hour at 350 or
until the potatoes are tender.
