Orecchiette with Peas, Shrimp, and Buttermilk Herb

Ingredients
1 cup frozen green peas
1/2 lb shrimp
3 tbsp chives, minced
1 tbsp dill, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp red pepper blakes
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz orecchiette
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Add peas and shrimp during last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk. Pour over pasta mixture, tossing to coat. Cover and let stand 20 minutes. Serve at room temperature, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
