1. Wash and hull strawberries. Whiz in food processor.

2. Add gelatin to water, stand for 5 mins. Dissolve by placing bowl in hot water bath.
|
|
|
3. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, gradually add sugar. Then whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold in egg mixture. Fold in strawberries, gelatin and lemon
|
|
|
4. Refrigerate until set.
