Mix 24 oz cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese, 4 t parsley flakes, 1/8 t nutmeg -

Brown meat, add sauce mixture - simmer 15 min. Oil pan, Layer 3 noodles, 1/4 sauce, 1/3 cottage cheese mixture, 1/3 mozzarella cheese (repeat 2 more times). Top with last 1/4 meat sauce. Bake 25-30 minutes.
Cool 15 minutes before cutting.
