In a large bowl, stir together sugars and tapioca. Add fruit and
lemon juice. Mix gently but all. Let stand for 30 min. to let
tapioca dissolve/soften and then stir gently again.
Pour filling into prepared dough in pie plate.I usually make a
lattice top. BAKE at 400 degrees until bubbly , 50 - 60 min.
