1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Spoon onto oiled pan heated to low/medium heat. (Makes 7-8 pancakes depending on size)
3. Cook 3-5 minutes per side, flipping once in between.

For this recipe I added blueberries but you could add anything - chocolate chips next time! May try to add protein powder and lower oats too.
