2-cloves garlic, minced (or 2 teaspoons jar garlic)
1 package green chile (hatch is best!!)
1 can rotel tomatoe/green chile
1 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper to taste
note- if you like it hot, use a can of jalapeno chile
Instructions
Place olive oil in a stock pot, when hot add meat and onion to brown. Cook until meat is done and onion is tender. Add the garlic.
Cook for just a moment.
Add flour and mix until the meat is lightly covered with flour.
Cook for just a few minutes. Add the other ingredients, and mix well.
Add warm water. Add as much water as you prefer. soupy or thick.
cook slow on low heat for one hour or longer. Add salt to taste.
