|
Wash and boil the channa in a cooker with a little salt.
|

|
In a vessel heat some oil and season with mustard, curry leaves and
crushed garlic.
|
|
|
Saute the onions until golden and add tomatoes.
Add the powdered spices
|
|
|
Add the boiled channa without too much water. Cook for a few minutes
or until the water is almost evaporated.
