Mix the apples and blackberries in a bowl with the balsamic and 2
tbsp of sugar. Let marinate for about 25 minutes. Using your
fingers, rub together the flour, Earth Balance and the rest of the
sugar (or you can use a food processor). Mix until the mixture
resembles bread crumbs. Pour the fruit into a pie dish and spread
the crust mixture over the fruit. Make sure to pile more in the
middle of the dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Top with soy vanilla ice
cream while hot.
