For burgers, combine turkey, onion powder, 1/4 cup yogurt, bread crumbs, egg white, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper; mix lightly but thoroughly using pastry blender. For sauce, stir ranch dressing mix into remaining yogurt; set aside.

Cut pitas in half, heat in microwave for 30 seconds, place dressing over pita and then put turkey burgers and lettuce, tomato and cucumbers on that. Fold in half and enjoy.
