Instructions |

|
Beat together egg, milk, salt, desired spices and
vanilla.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle of skillet over medium-
high flame.

Dunk each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking
both sides. Place in pan, and cook on both sides
until golden. Serve hot.
