Make pastry and place in an oiled bowl - roll pastry in oil in
bowl so that it is covered. Cover with cling film and a cloth and
leave to rise for a good hour.
Roll out half of the pastry and sprinkle lightly with water (or
melted butter if you fancy it) sprinkle half the sugar mixture
and press firmly with your hand. Roll and place in an oiled loaf
tin. Cover again and leae to rise a 2 nd time. Repeat the same
with the remainjng half of the dough and sugar mixture. Bake
in a 180deg oven for about 30 mins. Ideally served warm
