3tbs Nutella
2tbs cocoa powder
4tbs brown sugar
1 tub Elmlea double cream
(same tub for measure) 1 tub fresh milk
1pkt Birds ready made custard
Combine Nutella / cocoa / brown sugar / double
cream and milk in a small pan and whisk gently
until chocolate and sugar melts well. Remove from
heat before it boils. Leave to cool slightly.
Add to ready made custard and whisk to combine
thoroughly.
Put in fridge for 4 hours or in a quick freeze
area in the freezer for about an hour.
Churn in ice cream machine until thick and creamy.
