Line a large baking tray or other similar large
container with baking paper.
Place water, honey and vegetable oil in a large
frying pan and heat up. When it starts to bubble a
bit add in the nuts. Stir around on a medium to
high heat for a few minutes till the liquid
evaporates. Pour out onto the prepared baking tray
and quickly separate the nuts as much as possible.
Sprinkle with sugar and salt whilst still warm.
