120g margerine
120g sugar
150g flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon bic of soda
30g custard powder
lemon or tangerine peel
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
chopped peaches ( i used the tin ones )
Beat margerine and sugar together together with
the lemon or tangerine peel(i just used half of
it). add the eggs one by one together with a spoon
of flour. add vanilla essence . Add the chopped
peaches , flour and the rest .You might need to
add some milk or the juice of the peaches.
Bake 160 degrees for around 40 minutes or until
the skewer comes clean.
You can decorate with some icing if u wish.
