Pre heat oven 180deg c. Melt choc & butter. Remove from heat and
whisk in the cocoa and sugar. Whisk in vanilla and eggs one at a
time beating well after each addition. Stir in flour and salt. Pour into
pan and smooth the top. Place jam on top in dollops. Marble the
jam with a skewer. Bake for 30 - 35 min.
