Heat vinegar and H20 to boil. Add mustard, salt and
sugar. Blend until mixed. Let boil again. Pour over
combined celery seed, beets and onions. Cover and
place in refrigerator to marinate overnight or
longer. Serve cold.
May freeze??
Extra cider vinegar and mustard.
