Put the flour,baking powder,butter,sugar,3
eggs,milk and zest in mixing bowl and beat until
creamy.
Spread batter in greased springform tin ,I used a
square one.
Bake in preheated 170C oven for about 30mins .
When still warm pierce the top with the handle of
a wooden spoon making holes all over the surface
and spread the lemon curd over it so it melts and
seeps in the holes.
When its cold,beat the mascarpone and panna ,add
the icing sugar and lemon essence or limoncello.
Spread over the lemon curd,decorate with the
chocolate vermicelli ,strawberries and chocolate
crispies or your choice of decoration
