In a pot heat about 4 tablespoons light vegetable
oil.
When its hot at the spices and fry to release the
flavors then add the chopped onion and cook until
transperant.
Add the pasta and cook until its golden,add the
nuts & sultanas.
Then add the rice and stir frying for about 2
minutes then pour the stock and mix.
Add the seasoning ,cover let it boil then put on
low heat .
Cook until all water is absorbed and rice is
cooked.
Serve with kebabs,grilled or roast meat or chicken
and salad.
