Marinate chicken pieces in soy,crushed
garlic,mixed spice,coarsely ground black pepper
and salt.Leave for an hour or more better
overnight. Fry 2 big onions in a pan add 2 bay
leaves,mixed spice and ground cinnamon. When soft
put aside in a bowl or plate and fry the chicken
pieces til brown ,add the fried onion and some
chopped garlic,frozen peas & some chicken
stock.Peel and slice some large potatoes and put
layer on top of chicken and onion.Season and cover
and let it simmer til chicken is tender and
potatoes are ready.
