Cook potatoes until tender. Drain. Mash and beat
cream cheese, sour cream until fluffy. Add salt.
Refrigerate in a greased 2qt casserole dish. Dot
with butter.
When ready to serve take out. Sprinkle with paprika
and cheese. Bake at 350° 1 hour or until warmed
through.
May be kept in refrigerator for 1 week. Take out any
amount and warm.
