1/4 medium red onion, sliced to 1/4 inch thickness
1 medium tomato, sliced in wedges
3ts white vinegar
1.5 ts soy sauce
2Tb beer
1ts parsley, chopped (optional)
Steamed white rice
Instructions
Cut the steak into long 1/4 to 1/2 thick pieces.
Discard any fat. Season the steak with salt, pepper
and garlic.
Add oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Once
oil is hot, add meat and brown. Add onions and cook
until semi soft. Add tomato, vinegar, soy sauce and
beer until vegetables are soft.
Serve beef mixture on a bed of rice. Garnish with
parsley.
