Either 6 large, flat(tadam catt) , plump, ripe tomatoes (peeled and choppd)

1 clove garlic just bashed with the flat blade of knife

1 small onion very finely chopped

1 tbsp tomato paste
|
|
1 tsp sugar
|
|
1 tbsp capers
|

1 tbsp good quality red wine vinegar
